Pardon My Planet: Art objects.

It would appear that modern art is every cartoonist's worst enemy.

Perhaps comic strips are every modern artist's worst enemy as well.

  1. I was lucky enough to catch the Jasper Johns retrospective "Cartooning Bastards Can Burn in Hell" at MoMA a few years ago... great stuff.

    And of course who can forget the famous incident when Paul Klee tried to garrote George Herriman with a piece of piano wire?
