Another one with no discernible joke. Unless they are building up to some much huger boff at the end of the week. In fact I'm kind of impressed at how industrious they're being.

I have no idea as to the era from which the cartoons hail, but I agree that art looks strange.
ReplyDeleteI think the joke is pretty much what I laid out up above: The children are happy and excited and bouncing off the walls, and this makes Bill's life miserable. You can tell by the sad face he's making.
