How short of material do you have to be to take on modern art, a topic cartoonists have been lampooning for at least 50 years? That's almost as timely and exciting a target for mockery as opera. What's next, jokes about scrimshaw? Or the quadrille?
ReplyDeleteModern-art-as-punching-bag is my least favorite cliche. So annoying. Art History should be a required subject.
