According to my (admittedly brief) research, news reels ended in the early 1950s. That was 60 years ago, so pluggers are probably at least around 70 years old to remember it.
ReplyDeleteConsidering how often we see pluggers happily at work/on their way to work, I find this questionable. Unless there is another panel somewhere that says "Pluggers are going to work until they die."
