Apart from the head of General Halftrack, aren't all of these hazards that would be encountered at pretty much any military base? Unless the intent of the first sign is to show that Halftrack's alcohol-ravaged brain is so feeble that events at the camp have gotten completely out of his control and at any moment military armament, or a berserk sergeant, is liable to come screaming across the driveway.
